The recordings, dating back to the years 89-91 are the missing link between Rainy Season and Ole Lukkoye's highly acclaimed debut Zapar from 1993. Rainy Season was a progressive art-rock ensemble and part of the booming alternative music circuit of Saint Petersburg, then Leningrad. Bardash and Lavrinenko were founding members of the group in the mid 80ies and left Rainy Seaons.
