Exotica's first compilation of Russian dance music, released in 1999, starts with Crash and RyaBA MUTANT taking on Beethoven and Tschaikowsky to put William Orbit to shame. The compilation proceeds with tracks from Species of Fishes, Fractal Heads DJ I-Shank, Soda, and more, with lovely techno pop. Nothing too challenging here, but a clever and tasteful overview of the Rusky dance scene.
