She's considered as "the female John Peel", a honorary title which the dutch Marcelle van Hoof gathered through her inventive live sets and her weekly radio shows. Just like Peel, who died in 2004 of a heart attack, she plays a crazy assortment of the strangest sounds: Electronica, Techno, Dubstep, Minimal, Drum n Bass, Riot Grrls, Ragga, Grime, Leftfield Hiphop, Clickhouse, Breakcore, Dub and many more. And how marvellous! - everything fits together like a charm. Marcelle is one of the greatest live DJs and plays her sets on stages all over Europe.
